RETURNS & FAQ – Digital Creative Assets
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
Because our products are digital downloads—delivered instantly and accessible forever—they cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
However, if there’s a technical issue (such as a broken file, missing content, or a corrupted download), we’ll make it right by sending a fixed file or providing a replacement download at no extra cost.
CANCELLATIONS
Before Download:
If you change your mind before you download your files, email us immediately at vzntapes-shop@support.fourthwall.com with your order number, and we’ll see if it can be cancelled.
After Download:
Once files have been accessed, we cannot cancel or refund your order.
DAMAGED OR MISSING FILES
If you experience:
- File corruption
- Missing files in your download
- Issues opening the files
Please email vzntapes-shop@support.fourthwall.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Screenshots or error messages (if possible)
We’ll send you a corrected download link as soon as possible.
REFUND POLICY
Because these are instant-access digital files, refunds are only offered if:
· The file is defective and cannot be fixed or replaced
· You were charged in error
· All other sales are final.
DONATIONS, TIPS, & LOCKED MESSAGES
- Donations & Tips: Non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment is processed.
- Locked Messages: Non-refundable once purchased. If you have trouble accessing them, contact us and we’ll help you troubleshoot.
